SCHOOL HOLIDAY CAMPS | WINTER CENTRAL CAMP | JUNE 26-27

• Participants at this camp will be grouped appropriately over the two days, taking into account their age and playing ability.

• Four head coaches will work across the two days – Dragons Big V Championship Men’s head coach Oliver Reid, Dragons Big V Championship Women’s head coach Michael Dimattina, Dragons Youth League Men’s coach Fraser Kennedy and Dragons Youth League Women’s Women’s coach Danni Fidge.

Please note this camp is for current Under 12 and Under 14 Boys and Girls representative players only.

There will be many drills taught covering various aspects of the game, as coaches share their teaching methods with players. Each coach will lead a session and share their knowledge in educating, working with and developing players.

Your head coaches for this camp are:

DANNI FIDGE – Camberwell Dragons Women’s Big V Women’s Youth League head coach and head coach of the Dragons’ Under 16.1 Girls. Danni was the Dragons’ Big V Women’s Division 1 team head coach in 2021.

MICHAEL DIMATTINA – Camberwell Dragons Girls Director of Coaching and Dragons Big V Championship Women’s head coach. Michael has a wealth of knowledge gained from a great playing and coaching career.

OLIVER REID – Camberwell Dragons Big V Championship Men’s head coach. Olly is a full-time basketball coach and takes pride in developing the individual aspect of the player’s game.

FRASER KENNEDY – Camberwell Dragons Big V Youth Men’s head coach and Dragons Boys Under 18.2 head coach. Fraser is continually coaching players during the week, helping them improve.

The camp will allow for all teaching points covered by coaches to be drilled and practised, allowing for execution in various game situations.
