For those that have had a slow start to the season and are yet to get a W, the season is very long so there is plenty of time to turn everything around. For those that have had a ripper start to the season, keep up the good work! Our Big V teams all have have games this weekend and three of our four Big V teams are coming off wins from last weekend. BIG V NEWS
Round 5 recap – Our YL1W had a huge win against Corio Bay, our YL1M got the W against Bendigo but our D1W fell short after a road trip to Mildura. Our D2M had the game of the round, they were 2 points down against Mildura when Alex Burgess was fouled on the buzzer and hit both free throws to send the game to OT. Dragons went on to win by 7points! Never underestimate the importance of foul shots!

Door prices are $6 for adults, $3 for children over 12 years and Under 12’s get in FREE. A better option is to buy a Dragons Big V season’s pass for just $40 which gets you into all Big V home games for the season.

SILENT AUCTION ITEMS REQUIRED
Do you have any goods or services, know somebody who does, or know a local business who will be happy to donate goods/services to be used as silent auction items at our comedy fundraiser night. We really need this to be a club effort so the more people that help the more successful the night will be. If you can help, please contact our secretary Linda Mackenzie
HELP REQUIRED!
We require someone with a graphic design background or who is studying graphic design and who would like to be our poster/flyer person. Basically this would involve creating flyers as required to advertise events/camps/tryouts etc. This is a voluntary position, to express interest please contact our Administrator Mandy

NUNAWADING TOURNAMENT
The Nunawading basketball tournament is on the Queen’s birthday weekend, 9th-11th June, This is not a compulsory tournament so it is up to each team if they want to enter themselves. Team entries are $425. Details can be found HERE
