Under 14 and Under 16 Representative girls born 2008 to 2011 are welcome to attend this camp.

With an individual skill development focus, this one-day camp will assist the player’s basketball development process.

At an expected high-intensity level, camp participants will receive the required knowledge for what they need to continue to work on to advance their game.

Your Head Coach for this camp is Cara Jeffers.

The Head Coach of Camberwell Dragons’ Under 14.1 Girls team, Cara is also an assistant coach of the Kilsyth Cobras Women’s NBL1 team. She has an extensive basketball background and prides herself on helping enthusiastic players develop their game.

This camp will allow for all of the teaching points covered in drill format to be practised and executed in various game situations.
