• Participants in this camp will be grouped appropriately, based on their age and ability.

• The same camp program will be covered on both courts.

• Basket coaches will deliver instructions to suit players in each group.

This camp is for Under 14 and Under 16 representative players (born 2008 to 2011) and playing in the VJBL. It is open to current representative players only.

With a focus on individual skill development focus, this one-day camp will assist the player’s basketball development process.

At an expected high-intensity level, camp participants will receive the knowledge for what they need to work on to advance their game.

Your head coach for this camp is Conor Mathews.

Conor is the head coach of the Camberwell Dragons Under 14.1 Boys and was the 2021 Dragons Boys Coach of the Year.

A member of the Dragons Youth League Men’s team, Conor is a very good young coach, relates well with the players he works with and persists at helping juniors develop their game.

This camp will allow for all the teaching points covered in drill format to be practised and executed in game situations.
